How we look after your details.

This notice covers the All North Group website. All North Group Limited is responsible for the details you send through it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. Job applications also include the CV you attach.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry. Agency owner enquiries go to our founder, developer enquiries to our new homes lead, applications to the hiring manager and our central people team, and everything else to our central team.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable time afterwards. CVs are kept for the application they were sent for, or for six months for a speculative application, unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. With your permission it uses Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used. Google Analytics is on the page, but it sets no cookies and keeps nothing on your device unless you accept. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing enquiries@allnorthgroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
