Why we started
Good agencies deserve a better option than closing or selling to a stranger.
Jack Wilson founded All North Group after building and running his own estate agency. He saw owners of well-run local businesses reach retirement with few good options: wind down, sell to a competitor or hand over to a corporate buyer who would replace the name and change the team.
ANG exists to offer another route: keep what customers trust, strengthen what happens behind the scenes, and grow carefully, one agency at a time.
