What does a typical week look like?Honestly, no two days are ever the same, and that’s what I love about ANG! One day I’m working with our branch teams on generating new business, the next I’m looking at marketing, technology, systems or opportunities to help the Group grow.I get to work with some fantastic people across different businesses, all with their own personalities and strengths. It’s busy, varied and there’s always something happening, which suits me perfectly!
What’s exciting about working at ANG?For me, it’s the opportunity to be part of building something special. We’re bringing together established independent estate agencies, protecting what makes them successful while giving them the investment, technology, marketing and support to grow.There’s real ambition here, but it’s equally about people, relationships and doing things properly. I love that we’re not just talking about growth, we’re actively creating opportunities for the businesses and the people within them.
What makes ANG different?We’re not trying to turn every agency into the same business, and I think that’s really important.We recognise the value of local knowledge, established reputations and the people who have helped build those businesses over many years.It’s about bringing the best of both worlds together. Local expertise, individual identity and community relationships, backed by the investment, opportunities and support of a growing Group.
What would you say to someone thinking about joining us?I’d say come and have a conversation with us!If you’re ambitious, enjoy working with people, have ideas and want to make a difference, there’s a real opportunity to be part of something exciting.We’re growing, we’re evolving and we’re always looking for good people who want to come on that journey with us. You don’t necessarily need to have all the answers, but a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a bit of ambition go a long way!And for me, that’s the exciting part, having the opportunity to contribute, develop and genuinely make a difference.
